Privacy policy
Information about the processing of data submitted through the contact form and generated while using the website.
Data controller
The controller of personal data is Norbert Mielczarek, operating under the ActiveCell Data brand. For privacy-related matters, contact biuro@activecell.pl.
Data we process
The contact form may collect your name, business email address, organisation name, selected topic and message. The server may also record basic technical data required for security and diagnostics, such as the IP address, request time and browser information.
Purposes and legal bases
Form data is used to respond to enquiries, continue correspondence and assess a potential engagement. The legal basis is the controller's legitimate interest in handling enquiries and protecting the website under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Where an enquiry concerns a potential contract, processing may also be necessary to take steps at the person's request before entering into a contract under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
Retention
Correspondence that does not result in an engagement is retained for no longer than 12 months after the last contact. Data related to a contract may be retained throughout its performance and subsequently for periods required by law or necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Technical logs are retained for the period necessary to secure and operate the website.
Recipients
Data may be entrusted to hosting, email and technical support providers only to the extent required to operate the website and handle correspondence. Data is not sold or used for behavioural advertising.
Providing data
Providing data is voluntary, but without the required form details it may not be possible to respond to the enquiry.
Your rights
You may request access to, rectification, erasure or restriction of your data and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where provided by law, you may also request data portability. Requests may be sent to biuro@activecell.pl.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
Automated decision-making
Personal data is not used for automated decision-making or profiling.
Cookies
The website does not use web analytics, marketing tools or non-essential cookies. This information will be updated if the tools used by the website change.
